Rob began his food service career in the United States Navy working as an Admiral’s Chef with three tours of the Persian Gulf. After attending college, in 1995, he started working with College dining and has been ever since. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Miami Dolphins.

Chris has been in the Food and Beverage Industry for over 15 years . In his time in the industry, he has cooked for World Leaders at the G8 summit on Sea Island in 2004, catered wedding receptions on Tybee Island, and made sushi with some best Chef’s in the World. Chris’s passion for cooking started at home trying new things and inviting friends and family over to experiment with new ideas, and he still continues this. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his wife and daughter, going to the beach and hiking the falls in New York. Cooking is something that chooses you, not something you choose.
